A Season of Renewal: Embracing Growth and New Beginnings This Spring

Dear Client,

As the season begins to shift and we step into the first days of spring, we invite you to take a deep breath—with intention, with presence—and notice what is stirring inside you.

Spring arrives quietly at first. A bit more light in the evening. The tender return of birdsong. A breeze that doesn’t bite. There’s something profoundly symbolic about this time of year: after the stillness and dormancy of winter, life begins to reawaken.

In therapy, we often talk about growth—but we don’t always talk about how growth really feels. Like spring, it’s rarely instant or dramatic. Healing and change can feel slow, subtle, even invisible at times. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t happening. Just as seeds push through the soil long before we see the bloom, your efforts—the self-reflection, the boundary-setting, the moments of stillness—are already taking root.

Spring reminds us that transformation doesn’t always look like progress at first glance. Sometimes, it looks like rest. Sometimes, it looks like grief. Sometimes, it looks like saying no so you can one day say yes to something more true.

So as the earth softens and opens to the season ahead, perhaps you can too.

This is the season of becoming. And wherever you are in that process, we honor it.
