Madeline Cassano, LCSW

Co-Founder, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (she/her)
Madeline Cassano is a compassionate and highly experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong foundation in both clinical practice and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in LGBTQ Studies from Montclair State University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University.
Madeline is specifically trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which she uses to help individuals navigate trauma and PTSD. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings—including schools, alternative environments, professional spaces, and private practice—allowing her to support diverse populations such as adolescents, families, couples, LGBTQ+ individuals, and athletes.
With a focus on compassion and empathy, Madeline specializes in supporting clients through challenges such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, gender identity, and life transitions such as postpartum and infertility. Her holistic, client-centered approach empowers individuals and families to achieve lasting healing and growth.
Approach
Madeline employs an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy, addressing mind, body, and spirit to help clients identify their strengths, build coping strategies, and enhance overall wellness. She uses a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Structural Family Systems, Gottman Method, Internal Family System (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. This holistic approach empowers clients to work through challenges such as grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and gender identity concerns.

Jenny Easton, MSW, LSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with a minor in Sociology from Northeastern University and her Masters Degree in Social Work from Simmons College. Jenny has extensive experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a variety of settings and with various populations. Jenny has had the honor of helping clients in; outpatient and inpatient settings, K-12 settings, and has provided both Individual and Group therapy.
Experience
Jenny specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families. She works with clients presenting with a range of therapeutic issues including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, coping skills, trauma, grief and loss, adolescent concerns and peer relations.
Approach
With Jenny, you will be approaching therapy through a modern therapeutic lens; that is grounded in warmth, compassion and empathy. Jenny coaches clients using strength-based and solution -focused therapies amongst other modalities that celebrate the client's life experiences and facilitates opportunities for growth. Each intervention is individualized and intended to facilitate the exploration of issues impacting the client and the development of the skills that can help them thrive. Jenny believes at the foundation of the clinical work, trust is paramount.
Clinical Supervision
In addition to her LCSW, Jenny is a Certified Clinical Social Work Supervisor who supervises Social Workers who are working towards their clinical License. Jenny provides ongoing individual and group supervision, as well as consultation regarding specific cases.
