Approach

Drowning is drowning whether it’s a puddle or an ocean.

Clea believes everyone deserves a space where they can be fully heard, understood, and supported. She utilizes empathy and active listening to engage with clients, meeting them where they are. Clea's goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. She works from a holistic, trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based perspective.

Clea provides an inclusive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-affirming environment where each client's identity, values, and lived experiences are respected. Whether someone is seeking insight, healing, or a new way of approaching life's challenges, Clea is committed to helping clients build lives that feel more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. You don't have to carry everything on your own.
