Gabby (she/her) is a licensed social worker dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to feel seen, heard, and understood exactly as they are. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Kean University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University. Gabby has experience working with adolescents, adults, and groups in outpatient and school-based settings addressing concerns like stress and life transitions, low self-esteem, negative body image, school-related challenges, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and depression.

Gabby values each client’s journey and collaboratively tailors' evidence-based practices to meet their individual needs and goals. Her approach is rooted in acceptance, compassion, and curiosity, empowering clients to explore their experiences without judgment. Gabby integrates a trauma-informed, client-centered, and strength-based perspective, meeting each client where they are at and holding space as they navigate their unique path forward. She also supports clients in gaining deeper insight into the mind-body connection and role of the nervous system in shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
