Education & Background

Gretchen (she/her) is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Cleveland State University. She has prior social work experience in a school setting, where she supported adolescents in navigating a range of developmental, interpersonal, and emotional challenges. Gretchen also brings more than 15 years of professional experience in the corporate sector, with a background in finance and the automotive industry. Her diverse professional experiences inform her practical, collaborative, and client-centered approach to supporting others.

Approach

Gretchen takes a strengths-based approach to supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, grief and loss, and questions of identity. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and build healthy boundaries.

Gretchen strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She believes healing begins when people feel truly seen—not defined by their struggles, but supported in recognizing their strengths, building resilience, and creating meaningful change.

Your struggles don’t define you; they reveal who you are becoming.
