Navigating life alone can be incredibly challenging. My goal is to create a safe space for you to feel supported and empowered on your journey. I understand the difficulties of exploring your identity and embracing your true self in today's rapidly evolving world. I employ the transformative storytelling approach to foster a safe environment for exploration and self- discovery. My training includes adult, adolescent, group, spirituality, family, and life development, tailored to various communities including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and LGBTQIA+, and men’s mental health.

Join me on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Together, we'll prioritize your strengths, values, and goals to tailor paths toward healing. Let’s rewrite your story, reclaiming agency and celebrating personal transformation.
